Soxy

I had a quiet weekend as I feel as if I'm getting the flu, so I was Nanna Core on the couch. And behold, my first attempt for ages in knitting socks. I'm using a pattern from Cleckheaton pattern book 967 (Bamboo) and using some colourful acrylic that I got from K-mart. (I do have some nice Noro sock wool there, but I didn't want to try it yet in case it all went yuck. Plus I can take these to Hollie's vegan knitting group.)

So here's a pic, after a weekend of not very committed sock knitting (damn you Facebook)...

Let's see if I actually manage to finish these!!
